Terms of Service

By registering an account on Rabuni Shops, accessing the merchant dashboard, creating an online store, purchasing items from any store hosted on our network, or using our social publishing integrations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the platform.

Rabuni Shops operates as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) e-commerce infrastructure provider. We provide merchants with tools to create customized digital storefronts, manage product catalogs, configure payment gateways, and receive orders via WhatsApp and web checkout.

Rabuni provides social marketing features enabling merchants to syndicate product flyers, videos, and catalog links directly to connected third-party platforms, including TikTok and Instagram.

• Third-Party Compliance: When utilizing the TikTok Content Posting API or Instagram Business Publisher through Rabuni, merchants agree to comply strictly with the respective platform terms, including TikTok Community Guidelines and TikTok Developer Terms.
• Content Authorization: By clicking "Upload Draft to TikTok" or "Publish to Social Channels," you represent and warrant that you own or possess all necessary rights and copyrights to the media, brand assets, and product footage you publish.
• Revocation: Merchants may disconnect their TikTok or Instagram accounts at any time from their Rabuni admin dashboard, which immediately terminates our authorization tokens.

Rabuni enforces zero tolerance for illicit, misleading, or deceptive trade. Merchants are strictly prohibited from listing, promoting, or selling:

Rabuni platform administrators reserve the unilateral right to suspend, lock, or permanently delete any storefront found in violation of these rules without prior notice.

• Currency: Standard transactions are conducted in Ghanaian Cedi (GH₵) or merchant-selected currencies.
• Payment Processing: Electronic payments are securely processed via Paystack and verified Mobile Money rails (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo).
• Fulfillment Timelines: Merchants must process and dispatch orders according to the delivery timeframes advertised on their storefronts.
• Customer Disputes: Unresolved customer order disputes are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Merchants retain 100% intellectual property ownership of their trademarks, logos, brand names, product photographs, and marketing descriptions uploaded to their storefronts. By uploading content, merchants grant Rabuni a limited, royalty-free license to display such assets within the marketplace directory (/explore), promotional feeds, and automated search sitemaps.

The Rabuni brand, platform software, builder algorithms, themes, and logos remain the exclusive intellectual property of Rabuni Shops.

Rabuni provides its platform and services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rabuni shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party gateway downtime, telecom SMS delays, or courier delivery failures.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **Republic of Ghana**. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
